Mace Specialization(Combat, row 5, 5 ranks) — Increases your skill with Maces by 1, and gives you a 1% chance to stun your target for 3 sec with a mace.
Sword Specialization(Combat, row 5, 5 ranks) — Gives you a 1% chance to get an extra attack on the same target after dealing damage with your Sword.
Fist Weapon Specialization(Combat, row 5, 5 ranks) — Increases your chance to get a critical strike with Fist Weapons by 1%.
Sleight of Hand(Subtlety, row 2, 2 ranks) — Reduces the chance you are critically hit by melee and ranged attacks by 1% and increases the threat reduction of your Feint ability by 10%.
Improved Sap(Subtlety, row 4, 3 ranks) — Gives you a 30% chance to return to stealth mode after using your Sap ability.
Deadliness(Subtlety, row 6, 5 ranks) — Increases your Attack Power by 2%.
Baseline ability changes seen so far
MutilateNew talent, Assassination row 5. Hits with both weapons for 75% damage each, 20% more on poisoned targets, and gives 2 combo points. Nine other talents feed it.
VenomNew finisher at the bottom of Assassination. Your poisons do 30% more and apply 10% more often, longer per combo point.
Thousand CutsNew Subtlety capstone. Each Rupture tick takes 3 Energy off your next Hemorrhage or Backstab, stacking to 5.
AxesRogues can use one-handed axes now. The Hack and Slash talent lists Axe/Sword as a weapon group.
