12 Classic talents removed or replaced in Forever
- Consecration (Holy, row 3, 1 ranks) — Consecrates the land beneath Paladin, doing 64 Holy damage over 8 sec to enemies who enter the area.
- Improved Lay on Hands (Holy, row 3, 2 ranks) — Gives the target of your Lay on Hands spell a 15% bonus to their armor value from items for 2 min. In addition, the cooldown for your Lay on Hands spell is reduced by 10 min.
- Improved Blessing of Wisdom (Holy, row 4, 2 ranks) — Increases the effect of your Blessing of Wisdom spell by 10%.
- Lasting Judgement (Holy, row 5, 3 ranks) — Increases the duration of your Judgement of Light and Judgement of Wisdom by 10 sec.
- Improved Devotion Aura (Protection, row 1, 5 ranks) — Increases the armor bonus of your Devotion Aura by 5%.
- Blessing of Kings (Protection, row 3, 1 ranks) — Places a Blessing on the friendly target, increasing total stats by 10% for 5 min. Players may only have one Blessing on them per Paladin at any one time.
- Improved Concentration Aura (Protection, row 4, 3 ranks) — Increases the effect of your Concentration Aura by an additional 5% and gives all group members affected by the aura an additional 5% chance to resist Silence and Interrupt effects.
- Blessing of Sanctuary (Protection, row 5, 1 ranks) — Places a Blessing on the friendly target, reducing damage dealt from all sources by up to 10 for 5 min. In addition, when the target blocks a melee attack the attacker will take 14 Holy damage. Players may only have one Blessing on them per Paladin at any one time.
- Improved Blessing of Might (Retribution, row 1, 5 ranks) — Increases the melee attack power bonus of your Blessing of Might by 4%.
- Improved Seal of the Crusader (Retribution, row 2, 3 ranks) — Increases the melee attack power bonus of your Seal of the Crusader and the Holy damage increase of your Judgement of the Crusader by 5%.
- Improved Retribution Aura (Retribution, row 4, 2 ranks) — Increases the damage done by your Retribution Aura by 25%.
- Sanctity Aura (Retribution, row 5, 1 ranks) — Increases Holy damage done by party members within 30 yards by 10%. Players may only have one Aura on them per Paladin at any one time.
Baseline ability changes seen so far
JudgementChanged. It no longer eats your seal. 10 yd range, 10 sec cooldown. Judging Seal of Fury taunts for 4 sec, so Paladins can tank pulls now.
Seal of FuryThe tank seal. Every hit adds Holy damage, and with a shield up you get an absorb worth half of it. Rank 4 by level 38.
Holy StrikeBaseline Ret strike on a 12 sec cooldown: weapon damage plus Holy. Rank 5 by 38. Several talents build on it.
Blessing of Kings and ConsecrationBoth trainable now, not talents. Consecration comes at level 20.
